NT ADVENTURE PARK:
Confirmed Bookings
All bookings must be completed ONLINE. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL, this will be sent separately after you have received your PENDING ORDER email.
Tours and activities are not confirmed until you receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Confirmations will be sent out during normal business hours from Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm Northern Territory Standard time.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed by NT Adventure Park, a 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations for any activity or tour booked. All NT Adventure Park cancellations made within 48 hours are NON REFUNDABLE.
NO-SHOWS are NON REFUNDABLE.
Rain Checks
All rain check policies are determined by the tour operators on the day.
Rain Refund Policy
In case of bad weather, call us to see if the activity or tour is still scheduled to run.
WAIVER
All participants on NT Adventure Park tours ride at their OWN Risk.
All participants must sign NT Adventure Park's waiver prior to commencement of tour otherwise tour will be forfeit with NO Funds Returned
Where the participant is less an 18 the guardian must sign the waiver on behalf of the participant.
WHS ACT
In accordance with NT Adventure Park policies all participants must sign a confirmation of attending NT Adventure Park's WHS induction prior to commencement of tour otherwise tour will be forfeit with NO Funds Returned

Not applicable inside activities only

By entering our factory premise you agree to comply to our WHS and COVID-19 requirements.

Amendments: an amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings made will incur a $22.00 administration fee.
