All apartments feature separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities and balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and complimentary high speed Wifi. Our Studio rooms are suitable for short term stays for up to two guests in either a king bed or 2 singles on request. These rooms feature a well equipped kitchenette. One and Two Bedroom Apartments are suitable for both overnight or longer stays with full kitchen facilities available. Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel also has secure undercover parking onsite, key card security system to all areas, a fitness centre and a covered swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of one nights accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of check in time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation or deducted from the reservation deposit.
**Please note, at check-in we will also require a security deposit of $200 AUD in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation or $400 bond in the case of guests choosing to use cash, eftpos or Debit card (refunded on departure). Valid photo identification must also be presented at check-in, of which a copy will be retained. **

Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel is located in Darwin's CBD at 55 Cavenagh Street. Follow the Stuart Highway into the city then turn left at Cavenagh Street. We are 500m along Cavenagh Street on the Right Hand Side between Lindsay and Whitfield Street, next to Woolworth grocery store. Metro Advance Apartments & Hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the Darwin Airport.
