COOINDA LODGE & KAKADU TOURISM:
For all bookings made on a package deal any amendments and cancellations must be received by the bookings centre at least 7 days prior to arrival. Inside 7 days full fees will apply for any cancellation or amendment.
For bookings made on a daily rate we require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking with no charge. 100% fee will occur if cancel within 48 hours. Failure to arrive will incur full fees.
PLEASE NOTE -Facilities available are limited during our Wet Season Operations .

Kakadu Tourism reserves the right to remove a traveller from a tour if it is reasonably believed that their health and/or fitness will interfere with the tour operation or other traveller’s experience.
Kakadu Tourism reserves the right to cancel any tour at the discretion of the Tours/Operations Manager due to factors beyond its control including but not limited to minimum numbers not being attained weather conditions and vehicle/mechanical failure. In such cases we will offer to tour on the next available tour or at an alternative tour of equal value.
If this is not possible or you decline this offer we will issue you as the agent a full refund if payment has been received.
Kakadu Tourism takes no responsibility for any costs incurred or action taken as a result of a delayed or cancelled tour.
A forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations. For reservations of more than twelve (12) guests will be subject to a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy.
Please contact your booking agent to cancel or amend your booking.
Changes/cancellation within penalty window are charged in full.
Failure to arrive on-time failure to board or no-show will be charged in full.
All persons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult guardian at all times.
On sale now until sold out until 31st March, 2022. No blackout dates apply and bookings are all subject to availability on a first come first served basis.
Prices and inclusions are correct as of August 2021 and may be subject to change due to availability, surcharges, fees or taxes without notice.

Prices are based on couples sharing and family offer for two adults and two children under the age of 12 sharing.

We are all about flexibility. Book now and if you have to cancel due to border restrictions, please let us know 24 hours prior to check-in time of 1400 hrs (or as soon as border closures are announced) and we will cancel with no penalty or additional fees.
If you need to change your booking to a later date, this will be done so free of charge.
KATHERINE VISITOR CENTRE:
Amendments: an amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings made will incur a $22.00 administration fee.
