BIG4 MACDONNELL RANGE HOLIDAY PARK:
This package is for 2Adults & 2 Children, extra adults or children will incur a charge and will need to pay for additional balloon flights to the park on check in.
All cancellations or date changes are to be directed to the Visitor Information Centre that you booked through. Cancellations or date changes are permitted up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
OUTBACK BALLOONING:
A mandatory Civil Aviation Authority Insurance is not included in the price. The insurance charge is $30 per person and is payable direct to Outback Ballooning on the morning of the tour. Children 3-5 years are not recommended but considered on an individual basis.
KATHERINE VISITOR CENTRE:
Amendments: an amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings made will incur a $22.00 administration fee.
