Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
All reservations require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation. The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $39.00. All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Off-Peak Periods
Cabins
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the bond (one nights tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.
Sites
Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the reservation will surrender all monies paid.
Peak Periods
Cabins & Sites
Full payment may be required by a designated date; this will be supplied upon the reservation (approx. 30 days for peak and selected peak periods). Cancellations made before the designated full payment date will receive a refund of all monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made after the designated full payment date surrender all monies paid.

110km from Darwin and only 32km from Kakadu National Park boundaries. Travel the sealed Arnhem Highway from Darwin via the Stuart Highway or from Jabiru in the Kakadu National Park.

Bush Bungalow
The Bush Bungalows have sweeping views of green lawns and a parkland setting. All have a queen size bed and one single bed and are equipped with a bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, ensuites, ceiling fan and air-conditioning with verandas overlooking the lush green grass and often wallabies grazing.

Step into our safari tents where the subtle sounds of nature and the luxury of comfortable furnishings combine to give you a truly unique wilderness experience.
Perfectly positioned among the flora and fauna of our retreat to escape the every day, your safari tent is designed with security and comfort in mind.
These nature-infused safari tents do not have ensuite bathrooms but are near to the campground bathroom and shower block.
