Triple J Tours is a multi-award winning company that provides the longest, continuous daily river cruise in Australia - 55km on the Ord River between Kununurra and the Ord Top Dam at Lake Argyle.  The first company to offer tours on the Ord River (Lake Kununurra), Triple J Tours was formed in 1988 and continues to provide its guests with awe-inspiring scenic cruises as well as an informative and interesting commentary on the Ord River Irrigation Area and surrounds.

The development of the Ord River Irrigation Area in the 1960s and 70s has seen the township of Kununurra flourish with a very successful agricultural industry.  It has also become a very popular destination for nature-based and adventure tourism.  Daily cruises navigate the area between the damming of the Ord River in two locations - the Diversion Dam, which was constructed in 1963 near Kununurra and the Ord Top Dam, 55kms upstream at Lake Argyle.

The Ord River provides one of the most stunning river systems in Australia - it is scenically beautiful and rich in wildlife and flora.  The area between Kununurra and the Ord Top Dam is RAMSAR listed (RAMSAR empowers its member countries to maintain the ecological character of their Wetlands of International Importance and to plane for the 'wise use', or sustainable use of all of the wetlands in their territories) water source and as such, a bird-lovers paradise.
