The boat is fully licenced and loads over the bow for beach access enabling tours to remote locations.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will be entitled to a full refund or a reschedule of the ticket if the cruise is cancelled because of bad weather or any other reason. If a customer cancels a cruise a full refund will be available (less a $20 administration charge and relevant booking or agent fees) unless it is within 72 hours where the ticket will be non-refundable. For private charters full refund is available (less a $20 administration charge and relevant booking or agent fees) unless it is within 7 days of booking.
Things to know:
Please arrive at the floating pontoon at Stokes Hill Wharf at least 10 minutes before your cruise starts. Our team of guides are chosen for their knowledge experience and skill. They all hold appropriate first aid certification and relevant qualifications. Drinking water is available at no cost on the boat. Please be mindful that all cruises are conducted within a tropical marine environment. Customers and their possessions may be exposed to sun sand and sea spray. Flat shoes or sandals are advised.

Turtle Tracks: Nature dictates your experience and return time – nesting turtles usually come up around sundown but it may be later. Please note that nesting turtles or hatchlings cannot be guaranteed on any cruise however be assured that our Turtle Tracks cruises are scheduled with regard to the optimum turtle nesting tide and moon phases.
