No Party /Wilful damage policy-
It is the policy of the Vitina Studio Motel to have a zero-tolerance with regards to the holding of parties in guest rooms inviting multiple unregistered guests within the property who may or are causing unruly & noisy behaviour along with any unruly behaviour of the registered guests in general. Any breach of these policies will result in immediate eviction and the forfeit of any security/pre-authorisation amounts paid in advance for services provided by Vitina Studio Motel. Also any additional costs associated with repairs/replacements.
Credit Card Surcharge
A surcharge of 1.5% is applicable for payments made via credit card. This surcharge will be calculated and added to the entire charge at the time of processing.
Non-refundable Rate Cancellations & Amendments
The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
Please note if cancelled modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Flexible Rate Cancellations & Amendments
Bookings cancelled 3 days or more prior to check-in will not incur any cancellation fees. Bookings cancelled 3 days or less prior to check-in will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Bookings amended or shorten 3 days or less prior to check-in including once checked in will incur a 100% amendment fee. Bookings amended 3 days or longer prior to check-in will not attract any amendment fees.
