Clearwater Island Lodge also known as Munupi Wilderness Lodge caters for the experienced sport fishing angler of every discipline, as well as those who would like to learn, right through to the casual "throw a line in" experience. Fly, lure, Bluewater and Barramundi fishing are all catered for. Barramundi, Threadfin Salmon, Blue Salmon, Golden Trevally, Queenfish, Golden Snapper, Mangrove Jacks, Black Jewfish, Grunter,Makerel and a host of others.

Clearwater Island Lodge (Munupi Wilderness Lodge) is renowned by many as being the top Sport-Fishing lodge in Australia, with our reputation stretching throughout Southeast Asia and other parts of the southern hemisphere for barramundi fishing and deep sea fishing.

Kerri-Ann Benton is a long time resident who bring to the Resort a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local area, together with a vast and practical understanding of the wilderness; the fishery, wildlife, local customs, traditions, history, art and bush tucker.
Our comfortable accommodation consists of twin-share, triple-share and double rooms, as well as one family room (double bed and bunk bed), all air conditioned for our guests' comfort. Our relaxation area in the lodge features comfortable lounges with Pay TV and Free To Air Stations. Our bar and dining area are nestled on a cliff top, overlooking the Apsley Strait waterway, with extraordinary views at sunrise and sunset.
