Cancellation Policy
A $5.00 administration fee is charged for all cancellations. The balance of the deposit will be refunded for all booking cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival without further penalty (i.e. before 10am CST two days before arrival date). Changes & cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival (i.e. after 10am CST two days prior to arrival date) will result in the forfeit of the deposit to the equivalent of the value of the first nights accommodation. Please choose your dates carefully from arrival date no refund is due for any unused nights.

BEWARE OF YOUR GPS
Every now and then we find that a GPS will try and guide someone to us via a very unattractive 4WD road. Make sure your GPS is heading towards the town of Batchelor first. Drive through Batchelor and continue for another 14km on the otherside towards Litchfield National Park.
We are 110km south of Darwin or,
46 km north of Adelaide River.

Drovers Cabins - Shared Bathroom
SHARE BATHROOM. Located near the Pool these cabins contain one double and one single bed, tea/ coffee facilities, microwave, satellite television, airconditioning and barbecue on the verandah. Occupants utilise the Parks nearby Bathroom Complex and we recommend bringing a torch for night time visits.

Large Ringers 2 Bedroom Cabin
For larger families or groups, the Large Ringers can cater for up to 6 people. Set amongst trees with a large outdoor living space to make the most of our Territory lifestyle.
The Large 2 Bedroom Cabin contains:

Bedroom 2 has 4 single beds (includes one set of bunks)
Bathroom with shower, bathtub and a patio with outdoor shower.
Airconditioning and Satellite TV for both bedrooms.
Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Tea & Coffee making facilities with basic crockery and cutlery supplied.
Barbecue on a large verandah with ceiling fans.
Linen and Towels provided.

Bedroom Two has two King Single Beds with room for a single rollaway if required. Please note the rollaway does make space limited.

Stockmans Cabins - ENSUITE
For singles and couples. These cute cabins have large verandahs surrounded by native trees. Each air conditioned cabin contains one queen bed, private bathroom, tea/ coffee facilities, toaster, microwave, satellite television and a barbecue on the verandah.

The Homestead
The Homestead is a great option for large families and groups. It contains two airconditioned bedrooms each containing a queen size bed, a bathroom with separate toilet, a large Kitchen, dining and lounge room. Adjacent to this area is the airconditioned dorm area which has bunk beds to accommodate up to 9 other people. Enjoy a barbecue on your large verandah out front. A maximum of 15 people can be accommodated. Please note: Bedding is provided for the number of people booked, so please advise the correct number of people at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Retro Happy Camper
The Happy Camper has one queen size and one single bed, a sink with kettle and toaster and basic crockery, cutlery and tools so you can use the caravan park's guest barbecue area.
Enjoy the privacy of an undercover site, surrounded by gardens and your own outdoor sitting area. It is a short walk to the caravan park’s swimming pool, café and bathroom complex.

The Dog House
A dedicated tiny house where your pets are welcome to be inside with you. Whilst your pets are not permitted in the national park, hopefully they will be happy at home whilst you are out exploring. Our team can pop by every few hours to make sure they are OK.
