Hawk Dreaming Wilderness Lodge’s 3-day HDWL2TC packages provide visitors the opportunity to experience a remote and restricted areas of Kakadu & parts of western Arnhem Land in an environmentally and culturally sensitive way, by way of small group tours led by experienced guides and lodge hosts. The lodge is situated in an exceptional wilderness area and a justifiably renowned part of the Park, known as Cannon Hill. It has abundant wildlife, especially bird and marine life, and where a large diversity of the Park’s landscape elements come together. The sandstone outliers around Cannon Hill host significant rock art dating back many thousands of years.

Hawk Dreaming Wilderness Lodge is located in an otherwise restricted area of Kakadu National Park. The lodge has been designed to offer a comfortable place for you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the bush. There are 12 tented safari cabins feature private en-suites, comfortable twin beds with crisp linen, a light, fan, bedside table and a small verandah.

We offer a 3-day 2-night HDWL2TC package at Hawk Dreaming Wilderness Lodge.

Cancellations or changes to bookings for accommodation at Hawk Dreaming must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.

From Darwin take the Stuart Highway to the Arnhem Highway and then the Oenpelli Road to Ubirr and the Border Store. Check in for the Wilderness Lodge is at the Border Store at 2.30pm.
